This episode was originally aired on November 6th, and animated the strips Russia's Older and Younger Sisters.
This marks the formal appearance of both Ukraine and Belarus. Russia's Marukaite Chikyuu is used for the first time. Belarus and Ukraine's eyecatches are both used.
